  • Don't be alarmed if you see our Field Appraisers on your property. They will be visiting properties and taking photographs for our appraisal records in accordance with Florida Law. If you have questions or concerns, please contact our office.

  • The 2015 Tax Rolls were certified to the Tax Collector October 20th.
    If you recorded a deed or other transfer of land after August 17, 2015, the tax bill will be mailed to the PRIOR owner of record. If you wish to receive the tax bill, contact the prior owner or visit the Tax Collector’s office/website (www.jeffersoncountytaxcollector.com) to obtain and/or pay the 2015 Tax Bill.


  • We are beginning work on our 2016 Tax Roll…
    Look for our Field Appraisers who are out visiting properties to ensure our records are correct. State Statute requires us to physically inspect properties once every 5-years. If your gates are locked, we will leave a note to allow you to schedule our visit in the near future.


  • November access to our office may be re-routed due to construction.
    Please note that beginning some time in November access to our office may be re-routed due to construction taking place at the Old Jefferson High School. Only the handicapped accessible route to our office will be open to public traffic. We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage visitors to seek parking closer to this access route. If you are unable to walk to the office, you can always call us at 997-3356 for any assistance we can offer via telephone.
