Late Agricultural Classification Applications Deadline at 5PM

Late agricultural classification & conservation classification applications are due by 5PM today.

Florida law allows the Property Appraiser or the Value Adjustment Board to grant late-filed agricultural classification & conservation classification applications if the untimely filing was due to particular extenuating circumstances.  If you believe that your reasons for filing late meet this standard, you must file the late homestead exemption application and “late file form” with the Property Appraiser.
