Property Owners who purchased or built a new residence as of January 1, 2024, can apply for Homestead Exemption Online.
Make sure this is your Primary Residence and you, your spouse are NOT claiming a residency tax benefit anywhere else in Florida or the United States.
Your Driver’s License and Voter Registration should already be updated with your new residence information prior to applying on-line.
Click on the “Search” tab and find your property.
Verify the names on the property are correct and then click on the Homestead Application Link to get started.
